The apartment is very spacious and comprises two floors.
On the ‘ground’ floor (parking level):
Entrance hall; a cloakroom/wc and a large open plan sitting room, dining area and fully equipped fitted kitchen with breakfast bar.
The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, a separate freezer, microwave, electric oven and induction cooker. There is a large selection of plates, glasses , cutlery and cooking utensils available as well as a coffeemaker and a water cooker.
All windows can be opened on the south facing side to create an outside/balcony feeling.
On the top floor are two en suite bedrooms:
The master bedroom with a full en suite bathroom with bath and shower and washbasin and toilet. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed of 1.80m wide and 2.00 m long, and a built in wardrobe. This bedroom offers indirect views on the village square.
The ‘green’ bedroom with possibility of an extra single bed (on request) with an en suite shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet. This bedroom has a queensize bed of 1.60m wide and 2.00 long. The extra single bed area is accessible by ducking under a beam
(see picture).The shower room is equipped with a washing machine,tumble dryer and ironing board with iron.
Both bedrooms are very spacious and light, and they have air conditioning. The open atmosphere and large windows provide an ‘outside experience’, but the apartment has no garden or patio.
Easy parking at the rear entrance of the building, there are stairs to go to the entrance of the apartment which is itself on two levels. LE LOFT is therefore not suitable for the disabled or people with difficulty coming up stairs.
