Included in the rental price :
- All bedlinen,bath towels, beach towels and kitchen towels (Bed linen and towels will be changed once a week in case of longer lets).
- Airconditioning/heating.
- WIFI (french countryside quality and speed) is available.
- Television (English) and DVD player with some DVD’s provided.
- Cleaning at the end of the rental period (weekly cleaning in case of longer lets).
The rental price does not include any meals
We are sorry but we do not allow pets or smoking in the apartment.
Please contact us for extra services like transport,shopping,catering and so on, these can be provided or organised for you for an extra charge .
Payment:
A 30% non refundable deposit is due on confirmation of reservation.
The outstanding balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
Check in check out:
Check in after 15.00 hr.
Check out before 11.00 hr.
Longer lets:
(up to a year) are certainly possible. For longer lets please contact us to discuss prices and services.
